The Trolleybus Museum is open on specified days only (Trolleydays) between April and November each year with a varied programme of themes and attractions arranged for these open days.

We've re-opened and running a restricted programme of events.

Please note that some Covid prevention measures will remain in place for the time being so some of our usual attractions may not be available. Some events may have to be changed or cancelled; we're sorry but there will not be a Sandtoft Gathering this year.

We will not be running our free bus services to/from the Museum until Government restrictions are eased, ie before 24th July AT THE EARLIEST.

Why not volunteer at the Trolleybus Museum?

When the Museum is closed to the public we still have a small army of volunteers working on a variety of tasks including essential site maintenance, vehicle restoration work and improving our visitor facilities.
